In order to make the most of your photo session, you can complete a questionnaire to help us understand exactly what you are looking for. If you are a new client, please fill out the New Client Questionnaire. If you are a senior in High School or the parent of one wishing to have a senior photo session, please fill out the Senior Session Questionnaire. If you have young ones that will be being photographed, please fill out the Model Release Form-Minor.

Your experience during your photo session is our top priority, by completing the New Client Questionnaire it helps us understand exactly what you want to get out of your photo session. By better understanding your desires we can help you capture the perfect memories.

When filling out a questionnaire, you can choose a date for when you would like to have your photo session. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to schedule you for that day or time. Please Contact Me to set up an exact day and time.
